15:00 First Annual Meet and Greet – This is a Sunday Afternoon Social event, an opportunity to get to know each other better, and renew old friendships. At 3:00 PM a few of our sponsors will be making brief educational presentations. One is about fire safety and using fire extinquishers on board our aircraft. After that it will be an chance to chat with each other and with many of our sponsors without whose commitment to Cherokees to Oshkosh, our costs would be significantly higher, and for some prohibitive. This is an important time to thank our sponsors while having a beer, soda (pop if you are from the upper Mid-West), and snacks.
