Register for the Mass Arrival

To participate in the Mass Arrival, you must first register for the event here: 2024 Cherokees to Oshkosh Airventure Mass Arrival - 7/17/2024.

Staging

Cherokees to Oshkosh stages and prepares for the Mass Arrival into OSH in Mosinee, Wisconsin at KCWA the week prior to the start of Airventure. All participants must be at KCWA in time for the final training sortie the day prior to the mass arrival.

Central Wisconsin Airport

KCWA is located 2 miles (3 km) southeast of the Mosinee central business district. The airport provides both general aviation services and scheduled commercial jet service. Airlines serving KCWA include American, Delta, and United. Charter service is also available.

Central Wisconsin Aviation

Central Wisconsin Airport, KCWA, located in Mosinee, WI between Wausau and Stevens Point, is the new summer home of Cherokees to Oshkosh beginning in July of 2021.

The Cherokees to Oshkosh family will be hanging out at Central Wisconsin Aviation (CWA), the local FBO, who have been extremely welcoming to our group. Our board has visited Central Wisconsin Aviation twice. The staff at CWA could not have been more gracious. Normal business hours are:
Monday through Friday — 5:00 AM until 8:00 PM
Saturday and Sunday — 5:00 AM until 6:00 PM
