One shirt is included for each participant.
Additional Men's and Women's shirts are $36 each. Men's 2XL and 3XL are $39.50 each.
Additional Youth Polo shirts are $24 each.
Jackets are $60.
Adding Embroidered Name and Tail Number to any garment is $5 each.

Cherokees to Oshkosh may also send general purpose emails related to organization participation and business, such as newsletters, event notices, important updates, and other, similar announcements. We collect your name, address, phone number, mobile phone number, pilot certification and endorsements, aircraft model, tail number, and your pilot medical credentials. You providing this information is completely voluntary, however providing less than the information we ask for may limit your ability to participate in Cherokees to Oshkosh events. As a general policy, we use personal information for internal purposes only. We do not sell or rent information about you. We will not disclose personal information to third parties without your consent, except as explained in this Privacy Policy.

We will use necessary measures to protect the security of your data. However, it is impossible for the company to completely guarantee that user data will be immune from malicious attack or compromise; as such, you should understand that your transmission of personal data is always at your own risk.

We may make changes to this Privacy Policy from time-to-time and you should periodically revisit the policy for any updates.

Registration Agreement


I understand and agree to the following requirements in order to participate in the Cherokees to Oshkosh Mass Arrival:
• 500 hours total time (Pilots with less hours will be considered based on experience and attendance at a
MiniClinic)
• 50 hours in Cherokees
• 20 hours within the 90 days prior to OSH is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED with a recommended focus on airspeeds and procedures taught at CtO Mini-Clinics
• Meet all currency requirements
• Proof of aircraft liability insurance (photo copy)
• Signed copy of Cherokees to Oshkosh 2020 Flight Waiver (online)
• MUST possess and have read the 2020 NOTAM for AirVenture (will be available under the "Documents" menu when released)
• MUST attend at least one MiniClinic flight training (dates and locations on website)
• Arrive at the staging area (KPCZ – Waupaca, WI) on or before Thursday, July 16, 2020
• MUST attend the Flight Training on Friday, July 17, 2020
• MUST attend the Safety Briefing on Saturday, July 18, 2020

MUST be considered appropriately trained and ready to safely participate in the Mass Arrival by the CtO leadership team prior to the Mass Arrival departure. While any "no-go" decision will involve full participation by the pilot, all decisions by CtO leadership are final.

I further agree to accept flight decisions made by Cherokees to Oshkosh, Inc. in the event of weather problems or arrival conflicts at KOSH beyond the organization’s control. This may include a delay until the following day (Sunday, July 19, 2020) or complete cancellation of the Mass Arrival. In the event the mass arrival must be cancelled, Cherokees to Oshkosh, Inc. will make a good faith effort to return all unused fees.

There is a $25 cancellation fee prior to June 1. I understand that if I DO NOT notify Cherokees to Oshkosh, Inc. of cancellation before June 1, 2020 I will forfeit all fees.
